The beer blogosphere is afire today after the announcement of the world’s first Beer Bloggers & Social Media Conference, which will be held November 5-7 in Boulder, Colorado.

Organizers estimate that 150 beer bloggers and beer industry social media folk will attend.

The official hotel is the Boulder Marriott,  and a bevy of beer dinners and tastings, speakers and educational sessions is planned.

Montana-based Zephyr Adventures is organizing the event. Allan Wright of the adventure travel tour company said in an e-mail that “Zephyr Adventures, has been operating the Wine Bloggers Conference for three years and it is high time to repeat that conference’s success for beer bloggers.”
